I Can Make More Time …

So many times I think that if I just had a little more time and space I’d be able to complete those big things that currently elude me … but I can make more time.

The Answer is Energy  Like Something to get you Fired-Up! from @WiseNapkin on Facebook

Leaders, time management is a myth.
I don’t know about you, but so often I find myself feeling that I just need another hour or two in the day and I could accomplish that big thing that I’ve been meaning to get done.
Then I hear about all the super-successful folks who accomplish way more in a day than I, and I create a story about why they can do more than me – but I need more time for some reason.
The solemn reality is that time management is a myth. Time and space can be created by us with our intent and energy management.
Michael Walsh and Dandapani both talked about the need to manage our energy carefully. Mine energy management starts with 10 minutes of thinking great thoughts, 10 minutes of writing great thoughts, and 10 minutes of thinking great thoughts focused on my greater purpose and intent for the day, followed by 30 minutes of exercise.
That process kick starts my day and creates time and space that didn’t exist before. It creates momentum and this momentum helps me get more out of every moment of the day.
I have had friends who have done this and watched their businesses grow faster than in previous months. Intent is just that powerful – it creates more time and space everyday.
I even do it now before early flights or appointments.
What do you do to create protection and support for your time and space?
How do you support your intent and energy?
Make it a great day,
Govindh
