Dr Norris Krueger loves to talk all things entrepreneur and entrepreneurship.  He's made it his business to understand what entrepreneurship takes and so comes at us with a more academic approach.  What's fascinating here, as the Holidays and New Year are upon us, is the notion of what it takes to "teach" entrepreneurs new tricks and how we go about change. So, as we contemplate learning from the lessons of the past year and think forward to the next year - Norris challenges us to to focus on a different sort of learning - entrepreneurial learning.  I know for a fact that this method works for me, but I have not been intentional about this because I had not consciously realized that I was using this approach.
