Michael Walsh is back and he’s challenging us to debunk the myth of Time Management. He says, there’s no such thing.
He instead says that we need to be more mindful of our energy buckets. There are some things that drain those buckets and some things that fill them, and there are some activities that might drain or add to multiple buckets. It’s our job to govern our energy and thereby make the most of the time we have.
Michael also says that our minds and businesses, like muscles, only grow when we rest them. So those cycles of rest, of “refilling your energy buckets” are essential for entrepreneurs and leaders. More than that, however, he challenges us to consider that we’re responsible to ensure that our team has the opportunity to fill their buckets of energy as well.
What does this mean?
