The 2nd of Four Top 5 Lists - Part 2 of 4

The Top 5 lists of 2013 continue with the top Organic Views on the Paper Napkin Wisdom FaceBook Page.  The page was only launched just over a month ago and has become pretty popular having achieved almost 150 likes already.  It will hopefully be another place where you can all share ideas and thoughts about the Paper Napkins. While the Facebook page is newish, there has been a great deal of activity (and views) via the page already.  What I think is interesting is that the site hasn't been promoted much, so it's almost entirely organic viewership. Here are the most viewed posts via the Paper Napkin Wisdom Facebook Page: 1. Building His Company With Common Sense - Peter Bredlau Jr Peter's a focused entrepreneur and he's all about building systems and processes to help his business grow.  He talks about why he thinks that attitude is more important than any other factor in adding new employees. 2. Living And Leading Above The Line - Steve Satterwhite Steve's a thoughtful, caring and impactful leader - and he's consistently engaged fully with everything he touches.  He talks about how he developed this approach and makes it sound so simple that we can follow his lead. 3. He Tried To Push His Business - But Let It Pull Him To The Top Instead - Jamie Gerdsen Jamie is a visionary leader in a very traditional industry. He took all the "no"s he heard and turned them around and he got the help of his entire team engaged to make that happen.  He's quick to adapt to changing opportunities and shares his formula for success. 4. This "Overnight Success" Only Took 17 Years of Hard Work And Shares How We Can Do It Too - John Spence John's YouTube video of his TEDx speech really compelled me to reach out to him.  It's plain to see why, he's got a great message of how we can push ourselves to become more successful and impactful in every aspect of our lives.  He takes what could be pretty complex and expresses it very simply. 5. Growth By Subtraction? What? It's True - And It Works - Greg Crabtree Greg is a CPA who makes accounting simple and has helped countless entrepreneurs grow their numbers by developing a more simple approach to their financial statements.  He's got a contagiously optimistic personality and he shares openly how he grew his business and himself as a leader.  He even manages to talk ice hockey and Jaromir Jagr.  What's your 68?
